If I had an unlimited budget when I was planning my own wedding, I would carried a bouquet the size of a water buffalo. I would have wrapped every inch of my reception tent in blooms, and the centerpieces would have been lush garden oases. Unfortunately, like most brides, I did have a budget for my wedding. Unlike the brides reading this, I didn't have a florist telling me how to strategically spend my money.

Even if I wasn't the lady with the flowers, I'd encourage every engaged person I met to go all out with the floral budget.
